Vegan Spaghetti Dinner

So, I decided to start eating more than just soup broth and vegetables for dinner and am going to be trying out a few things in the coming weeks.  Last night I made spaghetti and cheesy garlic bread for dinner - all Vegan, all very yummy!

The spaghetti was just some normal spaghetti noodles (American Beauty brand), spaghetti sauce (Prego Traditional), and a crumbled Vegan patty (Sprouts Original).

For the cheesy garlic bread, I used a slice of wheat bread (Oroweat winter wheat) and spread on 1tbsp of Vegenaise original mayo, an then sprinkled about 1/4 cup of Daiya cheddar style shreds, a little dash of minced garlic, sprinklings of garlic powder, a little bit of chives and a finishing of parsley.  Toasted in the oven at 400 degrees for 10 minutes with a little olive oil underneath the opposite side and voila!  Dinner for two in less than 20 minutes and tasty as can be!
